4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except: to trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform (such as cloud hosting providers), subject to confidentiality obligations; when required by law or to respond to legal process; or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or others.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your account and associated data; and withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the basis for processing.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@datakey.ai.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Datakey Platform uses Google for authentication. When you sign in with Google, your use of Google's services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We only receive the specific information described in Section 1 above.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
